Job Title : SAP BW on HANA Developer

Client & Project Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW on HANA Developer to join our Software Engineering team, contributing to the Safety project under RGITSC KL. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and deliver high-quality BI solutions within the Supply Chain domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Design and develop scalable BI solutions using SAP BW on HANA.

Create and optimize BEx queries and Analysis for Office (AO) reports to support business analytics and operational reporting.

Participate in Agile / Scrum development cycles, including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and adherence to best practices in BI development.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, support testing activities, and assist in user training when required.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development.

Proficiency in BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office (AO).

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Experience working within an Agile / Scrum framework.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) :

Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.

Familiarity with other SAP tools such as SAP HANA Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or native HANA modeling.

Comments for Suppliers :

Candidate must demonstrate Advanced (P3) proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development.
