We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in F&B management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Manage and train restaurant staff to achieve high performance.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Control costs, manage inventory, and improve profitability.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and operational plans.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant / F&B management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards.Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.Benefits
