Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate closing and preparation of monthly accounts & financial reports, as well as cash flow projections for stakeholders.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and financing functions of the assigned entity (including maintaining the accounting system, full sets of accounts, statutory reports, journal entries, reconciliations, GL, AR, AP, ISO & LMW compliances & E-Invoicing implementation).
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties, i.e., auditors, tax agents, secretarial, local tax, and government authorities where required.
• Take charge of the preparation of tax computation, tax estimates, and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance. Handle tax matters, which would include the timely SST filing as well as corporate tax.
• Assist in the enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies, and procedures.
• Manage staff payroll processing such as calculating salaries, processing statutory contributions, and ensuring prompt payment distribution.
