It has key focus in South East Asia and Europe. With the expansion of business in South East Asia, we are recruiting a Solution Consultant in Malaysia.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design tailored solutions. Your role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, documenting solutions, and guiding developers to ensure successful project delivery. Expertise in data analytics, Agentic AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering : Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Cross‑Department Coordination : Act as a liaison between IT, development, operations, and business units to align objectives.
• Process Analysis : Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Solution Design : Translate requirements into detailed solution documents (e.g., functional specs, user stories).
• Development Collaboration or Delivery : Ensure development or delivery meets requirements and deadlines.
• Project Management : Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including timelines, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
