Job description

Role : Technical Executive

Role Overview :

To provide exceptional technical expertise and operational support, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, optimal equipment performance, and efficient warehouse operations.

Technical Services & Customer Support

Product Demonstrations & Training : Conduct compelling, hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, ensuring their proficiency in the correct, effective, and safe operation of electrofusion and butt-welding machines.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance, welding equipment, and joint integrity through both remote support and on-site customer visits.

Hire, Repair & Maintenance Services : Manage the complete machine hire process, including preparation, documentation, and client technical briefings. Perform expert repair and maintenance services on customer-owned equipment. Develop and present detailed technical proposals and service quotations for these activities.

Equipment Calibration & Upkeep : Execute routine maintenance, servicing, and calibration of all demonstration units, hire stock, and warehouse equipment to guarantee they are always in optimal working condition.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Inventory Control : Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock of HDPE fittings and machines for quality, quantity, and specification compliance prior to shelving.

Order Fulfilment : Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for dispatch. Ensure all necessary components, manuals, and documentation (including test certificates) are included to provide a complete and seamless customer experience.

Warehouse Management : Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment. Implement and manage a logical storage system to facilitate easy part identification, retrieval, and efficient workflow.

Inventory Auditing : Actively participate in and lead regular stock-taking activities and cycle counts to ensure inventory records are maintained with a high degree of accuracy

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, operations, and other internal departments.

Facilitate clear and effective inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth end-to-end operational processes.

General Support

Provide comprehensive general support.

Proactively complete ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management.
