Technical Executive

Job Description

• Assist the Technical Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and executing vessel drydock activities.
• Assist in the preparation of AFE and WBS in coordination with the Technical Superintendent.
• Monthly Technical VOE accruals review.
• Monitor and follow up on the timely delivery of spare parts to vessels.
• Circulation of monthly class status report and follow up.
• Monitor and coordinate vendor payment processes to ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain and update vessel's trading certificates.
• Apply for the renewal of certificates such as Bunker Convention Certificate, ship station license and Wreck Removal Certificate from the vessel's flag.
• Coordinate and schedule weekly and monthly technical meetings.
• Facilitate the issuance of Travel POs for the Technical team in compliance with company procedures.
• Assist other Technical Assistants / Executives on leave and take other ad hoc requests for Technical Superintendents and Technical Managers
• Other administrative duties and tasks assigned.
• Extraction of ABS NS report for circulation and follow up
• Preparation of documentation (e.g., PO and invoices) for insurance claims (maintenance of insurance certificates).

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma with relevant experience in the Maritime industry.
