Overview

IT Business Analyst – Flexible Customer Payments at Hilti Asia IT Services. This role focuses on shaping future payment solutions for customers, leveraging SAP technology (e.g., SAP Digital Payments) within an S / 4 / HANA / S4 HANA Cloud environment, and aligning with the Flexible Payments program.

What does the role involve?

As an IT Business Analyst for Flexible Payments, you will drive requirements gathering by engaging with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to identify, document, and validate requirements. You will translate business objectives into functional requirements and technical specifications, recommend improvements and scalable solutions, and actively participate in all stages of the product release process to ship increments to markets. You will ensure stability, reliability and performance post-implementation by troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. You will contribute to Hilti’s Lead 2030 strategy by driving a customer payment experience based on scalable, secure, and compliant setups. You should bring process, functional and technical experience in areas such as payment processes for customers, Finance (AR, AR-Settlement, Bank Accounting, Payment Run), Sales & Distribution (Order entry, Billing), interfaces with external systems (e.g., SAP DP, SAP CCP, SAP API Management, SAP BTP), PCI DSS knowledge, and debugging skills in ABAP.

The Flexible Payments team is located in Buchs, Switzerland, with expansion to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We collaborate with global IT locations and business stakeholders worldwide, valuing diversity, inclusion, integrity, courage, teamwork and commitment.

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree and / or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education
• Proven experience in business analysis within digital payments or financial technology in an S4 / HANA environment, including working or interface experience with external systems (e.g., SAP DP, subscription billing, e-billing, tax reporting) and understanding of SD & FICO integrations. Debugging skills in ABAP are beneficial. Knowledge of PCI-DSS is a plus.
