IT Business Analyst – Flexible Customer Payments (Junior)

What does the role involve?

Drive requirements gathering by engaging with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to identify, document, and validate requirements.
Collaborate with senior business analysts to deliver improvements, enhancements, and scalable solutions.
Participate in all stages of the product release process to ship product increments to markets.
Help ensure stability, reliability, and performance post-implementation by troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain clear documentation and issue tracking to drive proactive improvements and prevent disruptions.

What you will learn and contribute

Work within a flexible payments program and gain experience with SAP technologies such as S / 4HANA and SAP Digital Payments.

Develop understanding of payment trends and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer payment experience, efficiency, and operability in an integrated SAP architecture.

Be part of a team focused on scalable, secure, and compliant payment solutions that support Hilti’s Lead 2030 strategy.

What you need to bring

Bachelor's Degree and / or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Technical acumen and the ability to work independently on tasks.

Prior experience in business analysis within digital payments or financial technology in an S / 4HANA environment is a plus.

Understanding of business processes in SD or FICO within a globally operating enterprise.

Willingness to learn and develop yourself and colleagues.

Excellent communication, high commitment, self-responsibility, and customer orientation.

Willingness to work in an international / virtual / geographically dispersed team.

The Flexible Payments team is located in Buchs, Switzerland, with expansion plans to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We collaborate with IT colleagues across strategic locations and global stakeholders, fostering diversity, inclusion, trust, and empowerment.
