Job qualifications & Skill sets

• The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in technology or business with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Engineer role.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• A background in software development would be a plus.
• Knowledge in corporate services, fund management, and accounting will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Able to communicate effectively with developers and business owners.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently as needed.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
