About The Role

This role will support sales operations for lifestyle consumer products such as Enabot and Libernovo at the retail store. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will greet and assist customers, provide detailed product information, ensure customer satisfaction, handle transactions, and maintain store operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide detailed information about products, features, pricing, and services.
• Demonstrate products and guide customers throughout the shopping experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and after‑sales support.
• Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
• Follow store SOPs and assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stocking, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
