Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst I to support the design, implementation, and optimization of business systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Play the roles of project manager, business system analyst & software quality engineer, for site level software solution projects, following Jabil procedures & processes.
- Provide services to maintain software solutions uptime delivered by site IT, regional IT & global IT, following Jabil procedures & processes.
- Support compliance related activities, including but not limited to audit, documentations, inspections & etc., from the aspect of supported software solutions, to ensure Jabil is meeting all the regulations & standards required to conduct our business.
- Provide general IT guidance to meet operations needs to conduct our business, following Jabil procedures & processes.
- Provide shadowing of management responsibilities for IT Functional Manager or delegate, following Jabil procedures & processes.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Information Management, Computer Information System with minimum 3 - 5 years demonstrated project management experience.Strong knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and manufacturing\'s logistic planning process.Analytical ability and skill to read business requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Work location based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.BE AWARE OF FRAUD : When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
