The Regional Chief Technology Officer (Regional CTO) will lead the technology vision and execution of our fast-scaling business. Beyond driving customer-facing innovations, this role also encompasses the following responsibilities : ensuring our internal systems, processes, and data infrastructure are optimised to support growth across multiple countries.
The Regional CTO will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver, building scalable digital platforms, strengthening internal systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business growth and regional expansion.
- Oversee development and scaling of customer-facing platforms (mobile app, loyalty, delivery integrations, digital ordering, payments).
- Drive digital product innovation that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in retail / F&B (AI, IoT, automation, data analytics, blockchain for traceability) and evaluate applicability.
- Oversee and optimise core enterprise systems
- Ensure systems integration for a single source of truth across business units.
- Champion automation & digitalisation of processes (finance workflows, people & culture, procurement, logistics).
- Establish IT policies, governance, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance standards.
Data & Analytics
Build a data strategy : ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights for decision-making.Lead development of dashboards & reporting frameworks for executives and business units.Enable predictive analytics for demand planning, customer insights, and supply chain optimisation.Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams : product managers, developers, data engineers, IT infrastructure, system admins.Build a regional technology organisation structure that scales with new country entries.Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
