What You Will Get To Do
Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationshipsDeliver accurate and timely work product within specified deliverables timelines, and in coordination with the Manager and other team membersReview / prepare all transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc.Perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries, and prepare supporting financial schedulesReview / prepare work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc.Review / prepare management fee calculations and supporting schedulesReview / prepare investor allocations and capital account statementsReview / prepare capital call and distribution calculations, sources / uses of cash, allocations, and investor noticesUpdate distribution waterfall (carried interest) models, in keeping with the applicable fund termsPreparation of financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedulesSupport the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditorsWhere applicable, support the tax team with information to prepare tax compliance / reportsSupport corporate goals and business / departmental initiativesWhat You Will Bring
Previous exposure to Real Asset Funds / Real Asset structure is preferredA strong command of Excel is essential, with additional expertise in Power Query, Power BI, Macro, and VBA considered valuableA keen interest in data preparation tools such as Power Query and VBA, and the ability to work with various software applicationsWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
