Responsibilities
Ensure servicing tasks are carried out in accordance with customers’ requirements, including returning equipment to the original manufacturers’ specifications and incorporating the latest hardware / firmware / software modifications where appropriate. Provide technical support for customer servicing enquiries. Provide progress reports on servicing tasks and convey any problems or delays immediately to the customer. Ensure all lab instruments are calibrated prior to the due date. Ensure the lab Performance Test system has the latest version software and is well updated. Provide front line support to customers. Perform services in-house and on-site. Maintain the lab’s standards. Diagnose and repair airborne radio equipment. Support in MS ISO9001, IEC / ISO17025, EN / AS 9110. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on-site, diagnose and repair instruments. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
