Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between the customer and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on all project matters.
- Manage customer relationships by understanding business needs and providing timely solutions and support.
- Prepare and maintain customer account development plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability analysis.
- Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure successful project launches.
- Handle quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations to maintain competitiveness and margin targets.
- Monitor account performance, including delivery, quality, and payment status, and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Review customer satisfaction survey results and drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, materials, and operations teams to resolve issues and support continuous cost-reduction programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and management to track progress and opportunities for growth.
