Job descriptionSchedule and manage posts across multiple platforms. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. Write engaging copy for social media, aligned with Kitsui’s brand voice. Work with the design team to create visually appealing marketing content. Assist in the execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns. Maintain organized documentation of marketing efforts and results. Prepare reports and presentations for internal marketing reviews. Provide support for various marketing-related tasks and assignments as required. Contribute to special projects under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Respond to customer inquiries via DMs, comments, and tags across social media platforms. Ensure consistent and positive brand presence in all online interactions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align communication and messaging.
Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Senior / Junior) to support the planning and execution of Kitsui’s marketing initiatives in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing KOL campaigns, creating social media content, engaging with online audiences, and supporting overall marketing operations. This role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
1. KOLs, Celebrities & Ambassador Campaigns
- Identify and collaborate with suitable KOLs, celebrities, and brand ambassadors to promote Kitsui products.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns to align with marketing goals.
- Coordinate content creation and ensure all posts meet brand guidelines.
