Overview

Valuation Division of HBM Kuantan Office currently seeking dynamic and career-minded individuals including fresh graduates to take on an exciting and challenging role. The job requires someone who can communicate clearly, confidently and with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct groundwork for site inspection (i.e. identifying the location of subject property, gathering sales evidence and duplicating relevant plans and documents for reference).
• Prepare & compile full set Valuation Report with supervision from Senior Valuer or Valuation Manager.
• Handle inquiries from banks, solicitors and any individual parties vested in the area of valuation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
