Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bandar Baru Bangi for a Finance Clerk . The Finance Clerk will be responsible for managing student fee transactions and records via yuran.my , issuing monthly invoices and reports, processing refunds, and monitoring outstanding payments. The role also involves handling the student fee counter, ensuring accurate financial documentation, and supporting other finance-related administrative tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience (preferred)
• Certificate or qualification in Accounting or Finance is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of performing tasks with accuracy
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and consistency in work ethics
• Committed to performing daily prayers (solat 5 times a day)
• Proactive, dynamic, and able to multitask effectively
