1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business goals, brand identity, and marketing needs.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling KOLHub services.
2. Campaign Strategy & Ideation
Participate in brainstorming sessions and client meetings to develop creative campaign ideas.Research market trends, competitor strategies, and digital tools to deliver valuable insights.Assist in preparing creative proposals, presentations, and quotations.3. Campaign Execution & Performance
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer and social-commerce campaigns.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, Production, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery.Track campaign progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.Conduct regular check-ins and presentations to update clients on campaign status.4. Operations & Budget Management
