Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcomed
Previously have Customer Service experience is a plus point
Can speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Cantonese language is compulsory.
Can relocate work in George Town area.

Responsibilities

Communicate fluently in Cantonese, both spoken and written.

Support customers via calls, emails, or live chat depending on project needs.

Troubleshooting & Solutions : Guide customers through basic device troubleshooting

Product Knowledge : Provide guidance on device settings, functions, and best practices.
