Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job descriptionIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors to drive company growth. Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to deal closure—ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and strategic partners. Expand local enterprise business by working with government entities and agencies to identify sales opportunities, offering end-to-end solutions such as infrastructure, consulting, and strategic planning services. Develop a high-level understanding of local market demands, government policies, and business ecosystem to support sales strategies. Effectively coordinate and manage full-cycle business processes for key accounts and strategic projects. Prepare and execute personal sales plans, while collaborating with internal departments to mobilize resources and ensure successful business delivery. Foster positive, long-term interactions with senior management of clients and partners to ensure strategic satisfaction and sustainable business growth. Perform other ad hoc duties or assignments as instructed by the Management. Adhere to all company policies and instructions, provided they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Stay updated on role-related changes or reassignments as notified by the Management of Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd.
Requirements :
Core Competencies & Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Mandarin (Preffered)
- Proven track record in corporate sales, particularly with government entities and agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
