The Role

Our client is looking for a self-driven, highly motivated Growth & Influencer Acquisition Analyst to join their lean paid marketing team. As a Growth & Influencer Acquisition Analyst , you will contribute to scaling our client's DACH paid influencer program profitably through extensive activations . You will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing in Malaysia and support the Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Influencer discovery and management : Proactively scout and handpick high-impact creators through organic channels and smart tools, continuously enriching and sharpening our influencer database.
• Outreach execution : Drive first-touch emails via automated pipelines and execute persuasive, timely follow-ups to convert high-potential creators into active, long-term partners.
• Performance tracking : Ensure flawless, on-time activations of paid influencers, organize first-level performance data, and transform results into clear, actionable insights for internal reporting.
• Market expertise development : Build and hone deep expertise of the influencer landscape in DACH, understanding nuances and performance drivers to fully maximise return on ad spend.
• Test-and-learn optimisation : Design and run structured experiments (A / B tests on content, offers, and audience segments) to continuously improve reach, conversion, and ROI of paid influencer spend.
