Financial Accountant

Job descriptionEducation : Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related accounting field experience. Minimum 2 – 4 years of related working experience Language : English, Mandarin Experience : The ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. Familiar with MS office and SAP. Good understanding on E-invoice process. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Job Responsibilities
- Handler end-to-end AR processes, including invoicing, collections, account reconciliations and E-invoice.
- Monitor and report on aging accounts, follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Work with finance team for monthly closing schedule and ensures Accounts Receivable is closed on a timely basis.
- Provide support monthly cash flow reports.
- Perform AR related report for monthly review. Escalate potential issues / opportunities to manager for early intervention or decision.
- Participate in financial year-end audits, internal control assessment and process improvement as needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
