Process Engineering Manager

Job Description

• The section to handle is : Middle of Line / OSA assembly which includes optical alignment processes and passive attach of optical components.
• Responsible for making sure process yield target and UPH target are met and are in control.
• Manages current product ramp up, making sure processes are ready, qualified and documented and in control.
• Manages new product transfer, making sure process are ready, qualified and documented.
• Conduct DFM, FMEA.
• Settle process and quality issues in Middle of Line / OSA assembly.
• Process capability / CPK improvement projects.
• Yield improvement / scrap reduction projects.
• HPU / UPH improvement projects, Cost saving projects.
• Handles Engineers and Technician.
