Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and timeliness of Bank Loan processes – trade booking, payments, and reconciliation in the transitory account
• Manage all queries effectively, escalating to the manager in a timely manner
• Sign off on end‑of‑day controls and checks
• Liaise with other departments to maintain high‑quality service
• Implement process improvements and participate in business improvement projects
• Update procedures in accordance with internal and client policies, defining them where necessary
