Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, administer, support, compile, calculate, report, analyze Regional Accounting Hub performance indicators to continuously improve Hub Operational performance as well as projects per planned objectives, goals, and budgets, including to monitor, identify, analyze and resolve with timely follow-up on any issues, trends or improvement areas affecting the Hub’s overall operations with respective stakeholders (external, internal).
- Project manage and deliver all Hub’s assignments in a timely manner as per set objectives.
- Provide operations support, expertise and coaching to the Hub team in areas of Processes, Operations & Performance as well as Project related issues, practices and services.
- Hub budget, accounting and financial reporting : Manage Budget preparation exercises for Hub Lead review and approval, conduct review and analysis of actual / budget, monitor Hub’s monthly accounting and reporting (e.g., prepare supporting doc / info, co-ordinate with Hub Towers – RTR / PTP on Hub financials and transactions, validate supporting documents & reconciliations).
- Continuously engage with Tower teams in Tower resource utilization and management, including monitoring (e.g., resource tracker), reporting and follow-up on any open issues, clarifications or actions.
- Pro-actively monitor and support the Country Change Request (CCR) request and activities, ensuring seamless development and transition to the Hub.
- Develop, monitor, manage and SLA recharging of the Hub activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness as well as compliance to SLA requirements. Where necessary, engaged with different stakeholders ensuring all Hub cost recharges are completely recovered and appropriately accepted.
- Manage, support and follow-up on new activity transitions to the Hub as well as continuous improvement activities, by proactively engage all stakeholders (e.g., FSS, country, BPO, Accenture, etc.).
- Ensure compliance and timely maintenance of SLA / CCR documentation and signatories.
- Monitor and continuously manage the Hub Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance as well as accuracy, and completeness of requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional qualifications or experience will also be considered.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Familiar with operational finance structures such as country / region accounting teams, centralized Finance Centers, and Shared Service Centers.Proven experience in project management and process improvements.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.Able to work independently; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
