Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and provide accurate technical support to customers and potential clients.
Work with the Quality Assurance Department to develop and deliver training materials, particularly on product quality and hygiene practices for production teams.
Design and execute market research projects to support company strategic planning and decision‑making.
Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to review, evaluate, and verify new raw materials and supplier samples.
