Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily R&D functions, including documentation, reporting, and other clerical tasks.
  • Undertake additional assignments or responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department.
  • Product Knowledge & Technical Support

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and provide accurate technical support to customers and potential clients.

  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales team to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and effectively addressed.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Department to develop and deliver training materials, particularly on product quality and hygiene practices for production teams.

  • Ensure that all R&D initiatives comply with food safety, regulatory, and company quality standards.
  • Market Research & Product Development
  • Design and execute market research projects to support company strategic planning and decision‑making.

  • Identify, research, and develop innovative products in line with market trends and customer demands.
  • Supplier & Raw Material Evaluation
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to review, evaluate, and verify new raw materials and supplier samples.

  • Continuously explore new raw materials and technologies that can enhance product quality, functionality, or cost efficiency.
  • QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma / Degree holder.
  • Good knowledge of food technologies and management knowledge of ISO 9001 & 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
  • 3 years working experience or above.
