Sales Admin Senior Executive to join the team. Additional info : Dental, Optical, Medical, Free lunch, Gym membership Responsibilities : Oversee daily sales administration and credit control operations, ensuring the timely preparation of SPAs, loan documentation, progressive billings, and efficient handling of sales bookings. Manage differential sum collections, loan applications, vacant possession processes, and ensure proper documentation with legal compliance. Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers to facilitate the smooth execution of SPAs, loan agreements, and other related documentation. Coordinate with financiers on end-financing matters, loan disbursements, progress payments, and manage agent-related activities such as bookings and commission tracking. Monitor collections, resolve debtor issues, and take necessary actions such as issuing reminders or termination notices; maintain accurate records in property software systems. Prepare, review, and update sales and collection reports regularly, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting. Requirement : Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, possess strong understanding of progress billing processes and Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) Strong organisational and accuracy in handling payments, records, and deadlines.
