Job Summary
The primary role of the Inventory Assistant is to support the warehouse team by performing system transactions accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse stock movements (inbound and outbound) while ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data entries.
- Process inventory movements in compliance with company policy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and other relevant documentation.
- Support inventory accuracy through weekly cycle and monthly stock counts.
- Coordinate market returns, ensuring all requests are processed and cleared in the system efficiently.
Requirements
SPM or Diploma in any related fields.Minimum 1 year of experience managing inventory.Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.Good communication skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Able to work in shift (morning & night).Able to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
