JOB PURPOSE :
The Executive – Marketing Technology is responsible for executing day-to-day technical operations, supporting project implementation, and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing web platforms, managing timelines, and contributing to the success of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION : OPERATIONAL EXCUTION
- Execute the technical operation and maintenance of all web portals and e-commerce systems to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
- Support the development and deployment of web applications, ensuring both frontend and backend components meet performance and security standards.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all assigned projects to ensure adherence to requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web platforms and systems promptly.
TASK & TIME MANAGEMENT
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet operational and project deadlines effectively.Use project management tools to track task progress and provide regular updates to the Team Lead.Identify and address potential delays proactively to maintain project timelines.VENDOR & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of web development services and technical solutions.Assist in evaluating vendor performance and maintaining productive working relationships.PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
Monitor website performance metrics such as speed, security, and user engagement, providing actionable insights for improvement.Document technical processes and prepare reports on system performance and project milestones. . (e.g Google Analytic, Microsoft Clarity)CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure web solutions align with business objectives.Act as a support contact for stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries and providing updates on assigned tasks.EVENT & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT & EXECUTION
Provide technical support during trade shows, travel fairs, and marketing campaigns (e.g., MATTA Fair).Assist with the setup, integration, and operation of web systems and tools to ensure successful event execution.Collaborate with event teams to anticipate and address technical challenges proactively.USER TRAINING ASSISTANCE
Provide first-level support during and after training sessions by assisting users with hands-on tasks and answering basic queries.Help maintain and distribute training materials, ensuring accessibility for all employees.Track and report on common user challenges encountered during training to inform future content improvements.ADMINISTRATIVE & MISCELLANEOUS TASKS
Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting logs.Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for web platforms and systems.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or management.Any other duties at the discretion of the company.JOB REQUIREMENT :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information TechnologyPreferably at least 2 years of related working experience.Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
