Summary

The Test Engineer, Hardware Design works with cross functional team of designers, customers, manufacturing engineeringand project leadership to ensure robust and high quality product development. Provide support throughout the productsustaining process from Development exit milestone to the EOL / EOS of products.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who likes to take responsibility and works best with little supervision. Likesto perform a variety of tasks and has the ability to handle multiple priorities and has previously performed in a similarposition. This is a 'hands-on' role requiring a strong technical background in EE , product testing and manufacturing.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following :

• Perform Hardware validation tests including but not limited to DVT (Design Validation Test), SPIT (Signal, Power,Integrity & Timing), Thermal, Reliability, Functional, Environmental, EMI / EMC, Burn-In and work with design engineeringto resolve issues found during the testing process

Prepare test plans and execute them for qualifying alternative components and design changes
