Overview

Hiring Company Industry : Specialist in providing eye care services and products.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends; Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote company products.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor the performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Supervise the team daily operation and documentation process, resolve discrepancies in documentation and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Prior related work experience and with team management abilities.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement and distribution processes.

Proficient in using retail POS and inventory management system.
