Summary of the Role :
The Market Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that optimize market performance and enhance client relationship. This role focuses on aligning strategies with market trends, client goals, and overall business objectives. As a key player in the role, the person will also focus on enabling teams to succeed by providing necessary tools, insights, and support for successful campaign planning and execution, ensuring seamless project management across diverse markets for the client.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand client’s marketing objectives, goals, target audience, and brand strategies
- Collaborate on tailored media planning solutions to align with client’s unique requirements
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes in various markets relevant to the brand
- Analyze data to formulate effective media planning strategies tailored to each market’s unique characteristics and project management approaches
- Work with teams to implement comprehensive media planning strategies for each campaign, ensuring alignment with client’s global and regional objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver media playbooks that meet client’s quality standards and deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations and objectives
- Foster open communication and collaboration between internal teams and client teams
- Evaluate post campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools to provide actionable insights
- Develop and manage budgets for media planning and campaign projects, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
Requirements :
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in media planning and project management within the advertising industryProven experience collaborating with regional clients, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sectorStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable media planning and project management strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with client and internal teamsFamiliarity with media planning tools, project management software, and analytics platformsAdaptable and innovative mindset with a keen understanding of market dynamicsSeniority level : Mid-Senior level
