Incoming QA Inspector

Responsibilities

• Ensure that incoming raw materials (fish, squid, prawns, scallop, crab, mussel) are checked and that reports are submitted in order and on time.
• Unload incoming raw material samples for inspection.
• Assist the section leader in maintaining balanced stock; returned items are either returned to production or disposed of on a daily basis.
• Keep the QA inspection laboratory and cold‑room tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
