Job descriptionMaintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Creating a Safe Work Environment Implement proactive safety measures. Maintain and assess emergency response plans and conduct safety drills. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement preventive measures. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Employee Welfare Promote safety awareness and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives. Investigate and address employee safety concerns or reports. Reputation and Stakeholder Confidence Respond promptly and effectively to safety concerns or incidents. Promote safety achievements and initiatives internally and externally. Professional Development and Industry Engagement Pursue professional certifications and continuous education opportunities. Seek opportunities for professional networking and collaboration. Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health / Engineering / Environmental Science or related field. Strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
