NICE-STYLE REFURBISHMENT SDN BHD is hiring a Full time Accounts Administrator role in Puchong, Selangor. Apply now to be part of our team.

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary : RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities :

Perform data entry using SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll Software.

Perform bank reconciliation.

Perform accounting and general administrative duties such as receipts, payment, invoicing is correctly update to the accounting system.

Provide accounting assistance to external auditors on the annual audit.

Ensure the utility bills -electricity, water, parking, petrol card, telephone and internet are paid on time.

Maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date.

Ensure proper filing of accounting document.

Assists with annual audit exercises for the company.

Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year working experience in related department.

Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and dynamic team player.

Familiar with SQL accounting software.
