TD SYNNEX is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Continuity (BC) Manager to join the Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team. Operating within the Global Business Continuity Management and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department, under the Chief Business Officer, this team aims to build and sustain organizational resiliency by implementing measures to protect our co-workers and global operations. The Manager role will support all areas of the Business Continuity Management Program including implementation, awareness, and training. Furthermore, you will work directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to help them prepare for, anticipate, and manage operational risk. Primary activities will include assessing potential risks and impacts, developing recovery procedures for critical business functions, and serving as a point of contact on business continuity for our APJ region. In addition, the BCM team works closely with back-office functions on crisis management. This role will also include responsibilities on crisis management for the region. While the BCM team collaborates with IT Disaster Recovery, it is important to note that this role is not an IT function.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required :
Interface with business owners and subject matter experts on the following : to conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential threats to critical business, conduct risk assessments to identify critical business processes, develop business continuity plans outlining clear and detailed recovery procedures, develop crisis management plans and procedures. (40%)
Conduct regular testing and exercises to validate plan effectiveness, monitor set testing schedules, includes crisis management exercises for local and regional teams. (15%)
Participate in awareness and training programs, responsible for maintaining and implementing the corporate agenda for the APJ region. (10%)
Support in preparation on reporting and updates to executives and governance bodies; including presenting to and coordinating with local and regional leaders. (10%)
Program and knowledge maintenance : Ensure BCM program activities are delivered according to the BCM review cycle, Stay current on BC practices and trends in the industry. (5%)
Establish and maintain internal partnerships supporting the BCM program, as well as act as the point of contact for the APJ region to provide guidance or support on business continuity matters, including but not limited to ad hoc inquiries, contract reviews, etc. (10%)
Maintain business continuity tools. (5%)
Support in live crisis management events. (5%)

Qualifications
Experience :
4 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of business continuity and operational risk is required.
Bilingualism (English / second language) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor's Degree required.
Working Conditions :
On-call availability required as necessary.
Occasional non-standard work hours or extended work hours as business requires.
Professional, office environment.
Some travel required.
