- Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop detailed reports on operational expenses, ensuring prompt corrective actions and improvements when costs exceed expectations.
- Utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods to evaluate production costs, identify key cost drivers, and implement strategies for expense optimization.
- Design, analyze, and enhance production processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and minimize material wastage, ultimately reducing overall costs.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.Work Experience :
At least 5 years of experience in the glove manufacturing industry.Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.Proven experience in Lean, OEE, or similar process optimization projects.Technical and Professional Knowledge :
Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including systems engineering and operations research.Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.Knowledge of project management methodologies.Expertise in cost analysis and financial management.Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
