Account Executive (Junior)

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (Junior) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping duties, contributing to the overall financial management and success of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial record-keeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
• Preparing and processing e-invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assisting the CFO in the preparation of management accounts, financial reports, and various ad‑hoc tasks.
• Monitoring and filing e-invoices, as well as entering data into the SQL accounting system.
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as required.
• Ensuring adherence to all applicable financial regulations and company policies.
