Responsibilities
Job description
1) To achieve Sales Target set by the Company for assigned department / category / segment
2) To develop proposal of further improvement requires for low / high sales goods supplied
3) To work with various departments in ensuring both Aeon Co and Aeon Big planning are executed within the same campaign / promo timeline
2) KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in achieving Sales Target set by the Company for assigned department / category / segment
Responsible in developing proposal of further improvement requires for low / high sales goods supplied
Synergizing SKU listing for both AEON Co and AEON Big in ensuring both are able to execute campaign within the allocated timeline
3) MAIN AUTHORITY :
Freedom to act / Decision making right :
a) Propose to improve / swap / discount low sales SKU
b) Revising order delivery date for better / smooth transition in both AFPC and Aeon Big by having the consent / acknowledgement / approval from all related individual / department / company.
Rights to the Organization Structures :
i.e. delegation of responsibilities and assignment of job scopes for jobs within HQ / Div / Dept under the incumbent’s responsibility, right for performance evaluation and development opportunities for the team) :
a) Able to understand each department responsibility for task delegation and supports
b) Liaise direct to assigned department / category / segment / company ‘s individual in obtaining mutual direction in solving issues / task / problems
With regard to Span of Control (Organization / Team size)
a) Assisting team in achieving sales target set by the company
b) Proposing ideas / solutions in improving existing business process arrangement
c) Reporting weekly / monthly sales data for analysis study and further enhancement
Budgeting & Approving authority (finance limit)
a) N / A
With regard to Operations (major tasks on daily basis) within Incumbent’s Div / Dept :
1) Daily checking on ordering from assigned department / category / segment
2) Updating unfulfilled ordering to related department / category / segment
3) Invoice issuing / matching / checking
