Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Lead and manage the mobile team operations, including field readiness, spare parts inventory, fleet / vehicle coordination, and PPE distribution. Plan, monitor, and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities across sites, ensuring alignment with budget and SLA requirements. Oversee site inspections, project readiness reports (CRR), and compliance with facility management standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Manage vendor and dealer relationships to ensure smooth and cost-effective service delivery. Monitor and report operational performance metrics (WO completion rate, response time, utilization, KPIs) to drive service excellence. Control operational budgets, verify invoices, and support cost optimization and financial compliance. Ensure zero LTI, compliance with QSHE policies, and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment. Coordinate communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on service status, maintenance schedules, and issue resolutions. Mentor and supervise team members, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a high-performance culture. Prepare management reports, performance analysis, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and contract continuity. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any field) from a recognised Malaysian university. At least 5 years’ experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) or a related field. Comfortable using MS Office, with skills in preparing reports, presentations, and improvement plans. Strong people skills with the ability to lead, collaborate, and build effective relationships. Good communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with solid computer literacy.
