Job Description

Job Responsibility

Prepare and cook dishes including grilled meats, pastas, fried items, and roast items (Serving Pork-Non-Halal)
Maintain high food quality and consistency
Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are followed
Kitchen prep, opening and closing tasks

Job Requirements

Prior experience in a hot kitchen or similar cooking role

Able to speak basic English and / or Bahasa Malaysia

Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Certificate

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety

Able to work weekends, selected public holidays, and rotating shifts
