We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the automation and digitalization of our business processes. This role will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing new technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process automation, data-driven decision making, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies in trading, supply chain, finance, and customer service
- Lead the integration of ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms to streamline operations
- Oversee the implementation of cloud-based solutions and data analytics tools
- Drive the adoption of process automation tools such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI solutions
Business Process Optimization
Conduct business process assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsWork with department heads to digitize manual processes and enhance productivityMonitor and measure the impact of technology-driven process changesChange Management & Adoption
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologiesDevelop training programs and workshops to upskill employees in digital toolsAct as a bridge between IT, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure cross-functional alignmentVendor Management & Budgeting
Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providersOversee the budgeting and cost analysis of digital initiativesImplement and track KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation projectsRequired Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and technology implementationKnowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, and e-commerce platformsExperience with data analytics, AI, and automation toolsUnderstanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity best practicesFamiliarity with API integrations and digital trading platformsProficient in English and Chinese to support our overseas sales officesBusiness & Leadership Skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage change and drive digital adoption within an organizationExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience in project management (Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies)Working Conditions
This role will be based on-site in Kuala Lumpur
