We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the automation and digitalization of our business processes. This role will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing new technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process automation, data-driven decision making, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies in trading, supply chain, finance, and customer service
• Lead the integration of ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms to streamline operations
• Oversee the implementation of cloud-based solutions and data analytics tools
• Drive the adoption of process automation tools such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI solutions
