Assistant Sales & Marketing Administration Support

Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales and marketing team

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Update contents / changes to sales administration / support policies and procedures on a periodic basis
• Coordinate with other key functions in organization in gathering and verifying all necessary information for sales target tracking and incentive payment
• Gather data / information from relevant functions and provide meaningful analysis for the team
• Support sales administration activities (e.g. customer price maintenance, order taking and submission, shipment and tracking) in accordance to agreed service level standards
• Respond to sales and marketing team on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging)
• Recommend any possible improvements or process enhancement within the area of responsibility
• Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration
• 1 year contract position.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Education

Certificate / diploma in business administration, or equivalent
