Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing
Job Brief :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead the marketing function within our Commercial Division. This role is critical to positioning our Commercial Division as the ultimate payment convenience – by amplifying our merchant and user‑facing narratives, deepening partnerships through co‑marketing, and driving adoption across key verticals. Success in this role means stronger merchant relationships, sustained user engagement, and accelerated monetization of our ecosystem.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership : define and lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the Commercial Division, ensuring alignment with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Merchant & Partner Marketing : work with Category Leads to deliver compelling growth and marketing propositions to partners.
- Consumer Engagement : lead go‑to‑market campaigns for commercial products and services, driving awareness, adoption, and usage in target segments.
- Integrated Campaigns : oversee digital, offline, and partnership marketing channels to deliver impactful campaigns that maximize ROI.
- Data‑Driven Insights : leverage analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Team Leadership : build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team that partners effectively with Commercial, Product, and Growth.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : work with merchant services, category management, and platform teams to deliver cohesive, impactful narratives.
- Brand Positioning : strengthen brand presence across key verticals (e.g., retail, eCommerce, mobility, SMEs) and reinforce the beyond payments and beyond Malaysia agenda.
Requirements :
Experience : 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in a senior leadership capacity.Proven leadership in marketing : ideally within payments, fintech, or eCommerce.Strategic acumen : strong track record of translating business objectives into marketing impact.Commercial mindset : understands merchant ecosystems, user behaviors, and growth levers in digital payments.Data‑driven decision‑making : able to evaluate campaign effectiveness, drive optimizations, and link marketing outcomes to commercial performance.Strong stakeholder management : experience collaborating across Commercial, Product, Growth, and external partners.Execution excellence : ability to lead large‑scale campaigns while ensuring consistency, quality, and ROI.Team builder : proven experience leading, coaching, and scaling marketing teams.Our Perks and Benefits :
