Job descriptionPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for store fit-out and renovation works. Assist in preparing feasibility studies and cost plans for upcoming projects. Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and request-for-quotation (RFQ) packages. Evaluate and compare contractor quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions. Draft, review, and administer contracts in compliance with company standards. Verify and process progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Provide regular cost reports and value engineering recommendations. Conduct site visits to verify progress and measure completed works. Work closely with the Fit-Out and Project Managers to resolve site-related cost issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely reporting. Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
