This role supports product quality and process improvement through technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and application of Goodyear standards. Leads innovation, risk mitigation, and new product integration to meet customer and business requirements.

Relocation may be required to Goodyear locations within the ASEANZ region.

What You'll Do :

• Link with product council and product team to ensure new technical solutions are introduced meeting quality standards.
• Ensure new product industrialization is handled meeting quality expectations.
• Possess a thorough understanding of available tire technology, manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Work on teams to introduce new technologies in plant to meet requirements and manage risk appropriately.
• Develop and advise others on processes within the functional group. Engage in internal collaboration (product council, project team) and cross-divisional processes.
• Anticipate and identify problems proactively. Develop and advise on new problem-solving strategies.
• Use collaboration to solve problems and make decisions. Collect data and inputs to make decisions. Consult with resources. Consider alternatives and advise on novel processes.
• Develop and advise on new data analysis techniques cross-functionally.
• Use known, and develop new, tools and standards for project execution.
• Execute, develop, and advise on necessary steps and activities for project execution. Deliver to project objectives.
• Provide expertise and advice that adds value to project planning. Use project risk management processes to manage risks. Develop / advise / use creative approaches to execute projects.
• Execute project closeout phase while refining the process.
• Develop new methods for, and advise others on, project conflict resolutions. Anticipate conflicts and develop contingency plans.
