Our client is a regional professional services and investment group with a strong footprint across multiple cities in Asia. The group partners with both multinational and local companies to accelerate business growth through strategy consulting, management support, and principal investments.

They are currently looking for a Legal & Compliance Counsel to provide comprehensive legal and compliance oversight across the Group’s business operations in the APAC region.

Salary : Up to RM35,000 / month

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all legal matters across the Group’s entities and business units
• Advise senior management on legal strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (service, SaaS, vendor, and contractor agreements, NDAs)
• Support and manage end-to-end M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
• Enhance internal policy frameworks and compliance programs to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance issues
