Job descriptionCurrently enrolled in a degree program in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Has a foundational understanding of quality concepts and methodologies. Has a basic knowledge in ISO or Quality Management System. Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possesses communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Willing to learn and adapt to new technoKlogies, including AI and related tools. Get direct quality assurance experience in a real business setting. Work with experts to learn quality systems and software. Access mentorship and professional growth opportunities. Full-time roles may be offered depending on performance and company needs.
Job Description
- Support and ensure quality duties and responsibilities follow Quality Assurance Plan such as CAPA, NCR, Risk, MRM, Internal audit, etc.
- Assist in the documentation of existing processes and document controller in eQMS system.
- Provide feedback on specific features and report all bugs / issues encountered in eQMS system.
- Support development of digital forms and training materials.
- Assist in development of training materials on quality management system and process according to yearly training plan.
- Contribute to process and procedure updates and improvements.
- Identify QA improvement areas and recommend solutions.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project status and track follow-up actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues and follow-up actions.
